This platform is a personal wellness and self-tracking tool designed to help you observe patterns in your skin health journey. Nothing on this platform should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Peaufine ("the Platform"), including the Organism dashboard and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Peaufine provides a personal wellness tracking platform that allows users to:

  • Log daily observations about their skin condition
  • Track lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, diet, and environment
  • Visualize patterns and correlations in their personal data
  • Interact with an AI companion (Theresa) for reflective conversation
  • Participate in Coalescence sessions for deeper self-reflection
  • Access insights generated from their own tracked data

3. Not Medical Advice

This is critically important:

  • Peaufine is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • The platform does NOT provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
  • AI-generated insights are based solely on patterns in YOUR self-reported data and should not be considered medical advice
  • Human guides in Coalescence sessions are NOT medical professionals
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you observed on this platform
  • If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

4. User Responsibilities

By using Peaufine, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
  • Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Understand that this is a self-reflection tool, not a medical service

5. Subscription and Payments

Peaufine offers various subscription tiers:

  • Organism (Free): Basic tracking features with limited AI interactions
  • Organism I ($29/month): Unlimited AI conversations and full insights
  • Organism II ($79/month): Premium features including advanced pattern detection
  • Coalescence Sessions: One-time purchases for intensive reflection periods

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Coalescence sessions are non-refundable once activated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Peaufine, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Peaufine and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and tracking entries.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peaufine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any health outcomes, skin conditions, or medical issues that may arise during or after your use of this platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peaufine, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
