These terms govern your use of Peaufine Connect. Connect helps you build real relationships with the right people, on your terms. In exchange, you agree to use it honestly and lawfully. Please read this. By using Connect, you accept it.
By creating an account or using Peaufine Connect ("Connect", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Connect.
Connect is a relational intelligence tool operated by Peaufine By MC. It helps you find relevant people, draft and send letters on your behalf, manage vouches and introductions, and keep records of consent. It is offered in tiers (Magnet, Field, and Gravity), each unlocking different mechanics.
Connect is for business use by people who are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for anything done under it.
Connect gives you a powerful way to reach people. With it comes responsibility that is yours, not ours:
Letters in Connect are AI-assisted and then approved by you. You understand that AI-generated drafts can be imperfect and that you are responsible for reviewing each one before it is sent. We disclose the AI-assisted nature of the Service in line with the EU AI Act.
Paid tiers are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are not generally refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Your brand context, your contacts, and your relationship history belong to you. We do not sell it, and we do not claim ownership of it. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the Service for you. You can export your consent records at any time.
Connect itself, including its software, design, and the Peaufine name and marks, is the property of Peaufine By MC and is protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to it beyond using the Service as intended.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, including use that manipulates, spams, or ignores opt-outs. We monitor for such abuse and act on it. You may stop using Connect at any time.
Connect is provided "as is". We do not warrant specific outcomes; relationships may form or may not, and that is the nature of the work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaufine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of Connect, including your outreach and your compliance obligations.
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts, unless mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms as Connect evolves. We will revise the date above and give notice of material changes. Questions go to support@peaufinebymc.com.
